I'm thinking of doing an instructor course for kiteboarding in Caberete. Has anyone been?

I found this course through google.

Ye, I did the IKO course in Cab... great fun, bit of a crazy busy spot though. Really lively town along the beach, I stayed in the Surf Lodge away from kitebeach.

You'll probably be doing the course with kiteclub cabarete, as it's run by IKO... might be cheaper to book it direct

Don't forget to bring your wet suit and warm clothes. It is frigging freezing here at the moment!

There are much better places to learn to kiteboard. I know loads of people that have had bad experiences in Cabarete.

Here's a good thread describing the pro's and con's.

Good luck where ever you go.
