Hi all,

any updates regarding new harness (seat or hybrids) which are good for Airstyle, and not rise up against your ribs while riding overpowered?

I am riding a Vapor Hardback waist harness from Prolimit, it is good and sits in place as far as possible for a waist.
But while overpowerd riding for a longer period at the time, it will hurts the ribs.

So I am looking for my best possible solution for an upgrade.

Been using the Mystic Marshall for 6 months with the Mystic Stealth spreaderbar and it is perfect. No more lowerback pain and doesnt ride up.

Mystic foil seat sits nice and low, it does not put pressure on my spine.

I'm using ION Radar Seat Harness, and it's light since composite spreader bar, wide straps and locks in nicely but a bit bulky overall. I wouldn't go back to the waist harness as it's a waste of time adjusting during the session

Why not buy a mystic strappie?
Turns your waist harness into a semi seated one, works perfectly

I saw these strappies last year, but I couldn't find any dealer who had these on stock, or could their hands on it.
But since my post, I found the shop (Powerkiteshop) in the UK, which have them. So I ordered and waiting for receival.
Can't wait to try them, I will let you guys (and ladies) know what the results are.

Toby, please keep me/us posted regarding the Prolimit seat combo, as I saw that one as well as a option to tryout.
So if the strappies are not great, I could tryout this one as well.

I have tried the Prolimit Seat Combo harness for around two months. As it is comfortable also for your back and ribs. I had a difficult time to find my balance, as some simple tricks with board-offs was more difficult to do. Also my slides and walks were difficult to perform.

As I also got my Strappies in for the first time, it was not keeping my waist harness really down when powered riding. As the buckle was slipping every time. But after allot of trying some additional knots, it finally keeps it down. Hence, I will keep the Strappies for now.

But if Raynski could tell me how he is installing/using the Strappies, would be grateful. As I believe it should be better than my knots…..

I also tried out a impact vest under my wetsuits, which helped also for avoiding rib injury and riding up. That is also a cheaper solution to try-out. And it is definitely helps with crashes on your own boards, when failing it to throw away sufficiently.

Curious how you will feel about this Combo seat harness. As you always ride a seat harness.
