I suppose it all depends on what loads you are gonna put on those lines and canopy.

And the wind speed where a large kite becomes a kick ass Airstyle kite you want all the support you can get ... In my humble opinion of course based on riding the kites I have and finding out what I have. But it's only an opinion of course.

And physics .... :jump:
Yeah that's true - but the higher the wind the nastier the difference in gusts here. Need more support.

... and surely they're scaling down the dimensions of the struts :D

3 Rebel 18 are on the way to St Peter Ording.
Hopefully arrived on Thursday for light wind testing.
Saturday looks like high end testing...

Westozzy, this is what I diged out from Toyota Website :

Body Construction
Unitized steel body on 10-member high-tensile steel ladder frame

That sounds like a frame to me :bye:

Ok stupid question.

Ok kite looks great design that is.... The colors suck (not that they matter). I up to my ass in green. I don't want anything green over top.

So that leaves Blue or Red?

The thought of a big F'n red kite taking up 3/4 of the beach comes to mind....

Thoughts?

No man, i don't give a rats ass about the damn colours between you, me and gatepost.

How does it fly! Who looks at their kite anyway, if ya do you are either doing a deadman or you can't fly yet!

White and blue would have been my favorite design ;-)

I am waiting for the info about color options...once I know I will post it.
But maybe this is the only option there is...let's see.

But actually, I don't care, as long as it performs like it should!
