I just got my dyno 2011 16 meter. I was wondering what is the best line length to use? Also is there any trimming tips I need to know? I had two sessions on a 2013 north bar 24meter lines. In 20 knots, I could not jump properly, I always felt the kite was pulling me forwarded as if I did not pop. Is this a trimming issue?
Thank you

Awn buddy of mine uses 24m (year of the bar doesn't matter), my bro 27m lines. Have you had the kite out in less wind? If not do that and get in tune with its flight characteristics. I did find a little trim, just a tad on the 16, helped it depower a little..or more to the point use the edge of your board and body weight to drive it around around the window ..they should not be. Called depower straps. Push the bar out when sending the kite to allow it to follow a higher arc and allows to fly faster to as it cranks across the window for take off....less downwind pull...gotta have ya load and release technique spot on to,,,there's a lot of power to convert to the vertical potential. Hope this helps.
