Water levels Cauipe and Icarai (tabuba lagoon)

Hi Toby,

Are the water levels, in Icarai (tabuba lagoon) and Cauipe lagoon "normal" at the moment?. Or did Fortaleza received less rain this year ?.

Icarai open so depends on tides...more shell rocks than before, dangerous.
Cauipe ok, but packed since Icarai is empty.

I think I will go more south of Fortaleza for some airstyle kitesurfing. Cauipe has become way too busy...Have you been to Parajuru ?

Off topic but what is your favorite kitespot in Egypte for airstyle kitesurfing ( flat water, water 1 m deep, no rocks in the water , not super busy) ?.

Great, just be aware to use a kite at least 4 sizes bigger
