My wing is symmetrical top and bottom. I use a table saw to taper the trailing edge. Need an accurate table saw regular tooth is ok, fine tooth is better.
Use a jig saw to round off the leading edge. Used a wood plane to plane into shape and sand to 320 grit for final finish. The only drawback is no anhedral. I am getting a CNC to do the anhedral.

I hate the mess when sending down the composit. I am using mask and suite and gloves and vacuumcleaner, but the dust comes to my skin anyway and iritates me whatever I do. What do you do with all the dust?
Whenever I have to deal with epoxy/glass/carbon I am trying really hard to do as little sending as possible. Shaping the foil out of the G10 blank is not something I would enjoy much... But I am not saying I will not do it if this route will get me a usable kite hydrofoil....

The fins are for higher speed, you may want to make the fin more low AR

Hawaiis. Are you still working on the twin tip hydrofoil. Keen to find out whether you are comfortable riding the twin tip.

I bought this 600mmx900mm Cnc off eBay. It was shipped from China. Instructions were all in Chinese and most accessories were all 220v. It took me two months to get it working. If I had known, I would not have bought it.

I have that same machine. Build quality was good. Table was not very level, needed to add a sacrifice board over the top and mill the entire table flat. Accuracy now is very good and repeatable.
Be sure to mount on a substantial and level table to start. Mine uses the Mach3 controller with a USB interface.
Need to add hard limit switches as I have had a few issues with the soft limits mostly from my miscalculations.
Overall a nice machine for the price.
