what are people doing with their cariffino boards? since the foils will never be available and many of us are stuck with them, we should come up with some form of an adapter. i would not want to buy a new foil and attach a permanent diamond plate to it as the foil could never be used on any other board after that. pretty probably could not happen but functional would help us all out.

I would fill the diamond and drop in two fin box's at the 90mm suggested width. Seems to make sense to be able to adjust foil mount fore & aft for different foils...

I am sure there are over 30 people in North America that didn't get anything . Not even their money back
I would put 2 long board fin boxes in at 90mm and then you would be good to go for a lot of different foils.

If these boards are anything like the old ones they will break and are just poorly designed, I would not waste any time or money on them.

concerning credit card dispute...it is not automatic. I just completed assembling 30 pages of email exhanges to send to the cc company. He rebutted the dispute stating that i refused to ship the material back to him, via fedex traceable and insurred for $1500--even though one was broken and he received $1000 from FEDEX. But all my responses to his requirement to return material were not refusal to return, but another request to deliver my foils before the 60 day deadline. the caveatte...the idiot never stated where to send the boards!
one board looks like an accordian and i can see that is just foam with a plastic/paint coating. for sure these boards would not last long if used!

He has been keeping a guy here in the caribbean on a line for a while now. He shipped the boards, but no foil. Still saying that foil will ship soon.
As far as i am concerned he is a rat!

I feel bad for the folks waiting for Carafino to do the right thing. What a mess
