Yeah guys! Looking great! Let's keep em coming!!
Toby, Looks like Gunnar and Zeeko already ahead on the air style!
Might be time to start working on air style 2.0 production...- 'Foil Style' 1000 tricks in less than 15knots
Found this shot of Jason Slezak working on some new #foilstyle tricks.
It continues to amaze me that even at my size- about 250 pounds, I can have fun kiting and jumping in winds lighter that I could ever ride before!
@brunoperez- I am the one who was doing most of the durability testing on the LF setup, and initially learned to jump the foil specifically because we needed to do so to abuse them and evaluate. While we had some learning and parts that needed change/modification in alloys, construction, etc initially... since we've been on parts that became the production pieces, I have not damaged a single one, nor have we seen any others! And I PROMISE you, I have tried and tried, so that we can make sure this product will be durable and fun for the market!
One of the great things about foil riding is there are as many ways to ride a foil with a kite as there are ideas. Initially just for racers to go fast in straight lines, I am really inspired that foil riding is growing into surf riding and turns, jumps and grabs, one footers and air style etc... all while providing new challenges for old kiters to get stoked again on learning something new, and doing within winds lighter than we have ever ridden before.
Keep em coming and let's inspire each other to continue to try new things on the foil!
