Marketing research

Hi Guys and Girls,

As we are approaching the end stretch of finalising my new Foil, I wanted to post a few questions.

We are still deciding on a few options.

1) We are thinking of offering two versions of the foils. A Standard and Deluxe version. The Deluxe will use a more expensive but 30% lighter and stronger Carbon. It will also cost about 500 Euros more to produce. The benefit will be the weight difference and higher stiffness (not much) compared to the standard. Is this something that you would be interested in?

2) Custom Colors. We can produce the Foils with almost any graphic and color you want. This will obviously take a bit longer as we cannot have those on stock, and will cost about 150 Euros more. Is that something that you might want to have.

colors are nice sense a protective coating will protect against the hot sun. I painted my Alpine white with epoxy tub and tile paint. It sanded and polished very well and keeps my setup really cool during the ride on my pickup on the way to the beach. I would have easily paid 150 for that at Alpine.

Colors would be nice. I have two Alpine's and plan to paint my older foil. I'm not sure about an exclusive lightweight foil given the market for "racing" is limited. I'm pretty happy with my foils and I like to think they are bullet proof and easily repaired.

Can you tell what paint you used and post a pic of the result?
Thx!
