For 2015 we have completely changed our T-Bar system.
The whole foil now comes in 3 Parts and is held together with only one screw. Its a super solid connection and super clean, and best of all, take less than 30 seconds to put together.
Check it out:

I while working on my 2015 foils prototypes last summer, I did worked on something close to that but did not get a sturdy enough assembly to go ahead with it (a little play at the assembly was always there). it seems that your methods is good.

reminds me a lot the new Fone foil...
congrats
Thanks Renaud,
It took a lot of work and testing to get it to work as well as we wanted it to.
Thats why we are a bit late in releasing it. Well worth it in the end
Gunnar - this is a masterpiece!
Dead simple and clean design - I really love it.
I draw a similar design as a proposal for one two manufacturers in the past but never got to an idea of one screw.
Who's idea exactly was it?
This is a way to follow.

I have seen the F-one foil here in Cape Verde, and it has a similar system but the screw-rod goes from front piece to back piece, and is screwed in from the front. Very clever, very clean, definitely the way to go for simplicity i believe.
