Looks like utter garbage...something a kid would doodle on the back of his notebook, there's no serious engineering that went into that Dr. Seuss looking abomination.

Anybody bitten yet? It looks far superior to alum offerings from LF and Zeeko, plus there are two sets of wings!

Yeah, if you are in hydrofoil business this is something to get really upset. I assume every carbon-frame bike shop in China can produce something like that easily, given right CAD design. I wonder why we don't see $500 carbon hydrofoils yet.

Let me guess, Carafino did its manufacturing in China, and now someone there is selling clones. Are you surprised?
It looks like it would be fine to me.

Na i dont think its a copy... The guy from the foil factory contacted a few of us after our dealings with Mango trying to sell them... Must still be trying... From what he said at the time Mango never paid him so he stopped delivering product..

I have two friends who ended up with these foils... They appear to be tough to ride but the actual carbon fiber construction of the strut and fuselage appear to be bullet proof... Irrespective of the crappy design, construction is solid. A few going second hand cheap now.
