Hello guys..

I'm pretty sure they are M6, and you are referring to the flathead, countersunk screws to attach fuselage to the mast?
I have 2016 Fluente and find that sometimes the front screw is a bit loose after a number of sessions. But it's not finger loose, it's like 1/4 turn to totally tighten.
So check mine every session.
I'm using the Torx version of the screws

Yes I have had this frustration on 2 Vorace masts. I even lost a screw in a session. I have switched to torx but same issue. I did a more extensive back and forth tightening (front to rear to front etc) yesterday and it seemed a bit better. I think it could be that the mast is not fully seating into the fuse with a casual tightening and that a more complete bedding with front to rear alternating and tightening made a difference.

I experienced the same on two Comets. Not on the other Moses foils.
In both cases the issue disappeared itself after 3-4 sessions.
No problem any more in our cases.
How many sessions did you make on your Comet?

Having bolts come loose is not a torque issue. Use some sort of thread sealer and it will help.

Will try a wrap of teflon tape

Same issue here too.
Any reason not give a try to locktite?

locktite is a locker....which is fine if you don't remove your fuse much. (there are varying strengths of it) I leave wings mounted and remove the unit when I am transporting to and from launches so I don't want to use something like that.

I was wondering if it's dirt / sand on the joint too. I've not experienced this as a problem really. Overall I think the Moses system is uncomplicated and robust.
