My g10 wings have a bit of damage on the corners. What's the best way to fix them?

I file off the sharp corners on the new wings on my foils. The sharp corners are often the most dangerous part of a foil. (I watched a friend get stitched up after being badly sliced by one).

So don't worry about repair, just file down the damaged corners so that no sharp splinters remain. You may then be only 99% as fast as you were but who cares.

Or sanding block and then by hand to get as said above clean maybe slightly rounded but not sharp edges.

I use this technique whit super glue ( loctite )and bicarbonate to fix my slingshot hover glide wing tip
it worked super well, I build up, reshape and repaint black

I keep looking at the damaged wing and thinking that material is not G10, I have never seen G10 showing that sort of damage,
It dings when wacked hard on a sharp edge, and will scratch slightly, but never seen frayed edges like that.

Fraying material means it is at best infused glass fibre painted in black. Looks very cheap :o
