I think it is called a Universal Hydorfoil Mounting Plate
I have new GW and it only has 90x165 base. My Newind Split has fixed hole pattern of 90 x 150
I am close to drilling holes in GW base as I have heard that is ok, but this base looks like it would work

That's a real issue. You have 2 problems:
- your mast plate is carbon and not alu, so I'm not sure it can be drilled to smaller pattern.
- the screw pattern in your board is smaller than the mast plate pattern which is new. So far, (Zeeko case 2015 and older see pict), the plate could be changed for a buck to drill bigger pattern into it.

So, you'd better buy a thick alu plate (8 to 10mm) and drill 6 holes like this..... You will probably have to buy longer stainless 316 screws (current length + alu plate thickness) for the left side.

no unfortunately it i s not. That one I think you glue on. I dont wont it glued on.
