This year I'm riding only flat water lake conditions and I find 683S more fun. I suspect that for waves 633 is still better, but that's something I'll need to confirm.

Re: Moses 2019

I'm currently riding Zeeko foils and find Moses lineup confusing. Need help please.

I'm 215lbs, currently riding Zeeko Black&White or Carver, strapless. I can do flying jibes and some rodeos but still yet to learn tacks. I'm looking for faster setup with longer mast to help with bay swell. And with straps for jumping. I never venture on HF out into ocean waves.

- Would Vorace 101GT with T38 be a good choice for faster riding in bay swell and for jumping than my B&W?
- To learn tacks, would Zeeko Carver be a good choice or I should look at Moses 683S for easier learning?
- For strapless freeride in flat waters, how much more fun (if any) would be 683S with 101cm mast setup vs Zeeko Carver with 85cm alum mast? How about 633 wing?
- If I get 101GT setup and later decide to add 683S to the mix, would I need new fuselage and rear wing? If yes, which ones?

Thanks for help.
Max

Can’t comment on Zeeko but to answer question of 683s vs 558 - these two wings are mounted onto different fuselages (surf and kite fuselage respectively)

558 is more suitable for jumping and is fast but I’d still opt out for slightly larger and thicker 590 which would suit your weight better. 590 delivers way better lowend and it is a bliss to ride. 558 is not bad but it’s pretty much a 2016 wing, 550 came after that, then 548 came a bit later and I’d consider 590 to top these all.

last Friday, while wind forecast was crap but turned out to count for a riding day, on the West side of Real slick I ran into bunch of foilers. Met Brook from Tampa, FL on 9m Ozone and 633/483/91 and we swapped foils for 15 minutes so he rode mine 683s/710/450 and I got back on 633.

It was interesting to realize that 633 is more seaweed-proof compared to 683s. Looking down I could see those little strains accumulating on the leading edge of the wing.
I still like 683s better for higher end and I only hope we will see more arrowhead-shaped wings in the future.

I'm not jumping and not used the 558 wing, but have the 559-590-633 wings on a fluente mast.

I'm familiar with the Moses range.

Cost no object? I'd get a full vorace gt and fluente with 633 to cover jumping, performance freeride, and forgiving freeride on 633. The T38 and T22 board for each respectively.

These are completely different animals.

Cost saving: fluente mast, 558/330 + kite fuselage. 633/483 with surf fuselage on T38 board. Focus on freeride
Get the vorace mast if you focus on performance freeride.

Ok, so I ordered Vorace 101FR 590/330 as cruising/jumping setup and separately 683/483 on 710 fuse as freeride setup. And T38 board. With my weight approaching 100kg the package should be great. Very excited.

make sure that you have 683s on that order, not 683 (which is incompatible with surf fuselage). The dealers would know better but if you ordered online it's easy to make the mistake.
