With all the respect to high aspect wings the 800/900/1000 are a bit impractical because of huge wingspan and increasing root chord for kite fuselage mountable wings would be something I’d love to see. A bit of additional area for heavier riders makes great sense.
I’m really done with heavier/bulkier surf fuselages and 679/950 wings’ tails show that the space and weight there are somewhat wasted.
Presumably if you made a wing with a bigger root chord than the kite fuselage then it would only be able to fit on the surf fuselage and would need a small tail (Like the W679 or W720 with small tail).
The other option would be to make a 3rd fuselage type which had a root chord size half-way between the kite fuselage and surf fuselage - but then this just gets complicated!
Personally I'd rather have just 2 fuselage types and put up with the little wing tails like 679 and 720 wings)
A wing can go forward of kite fuselage tip an inch easily, and trailing edge can go an inch back as well and that would be already way more than I think is needed. 150-160mm root chord could be easily fit into kite fuselage as is

600mm wingspan x 450 chord. Looks like enough wind to test it xmas day.
Few years back I tried exactly that with H4 wing which has similar shape. Way smoother without the stabilizer, way more nimble. Cool to try but wouldn’t ride it like that.

Thanks! with your clue I found that H4 video by the designer Tony Logosz again that I'd seen a few months back! I misremembered it as a Gong product, no wonder I couldn't find it. It has more sweep back and a touch more wing span, less tip tapering, less of an arrowhead than mine but it has some dihedral and purpose built tiplets where as mine are part of the smooth wing equasion. I am very interested to see how mine performs in comparison. I have really pushed the chord out to 450mm but I think the narrower front may help pumpability of mine slightly. Very interesting what he said about using a different side to side pumping technique with it to good effect. It seems that RDB 1200 (sq.cm) wing is an answer to my two and a half year long quest for a large wing fitting kite fuselage.
Also the RDB 310 (sq.cm) stabilizer might be a great replacement for 483/450

I was actually hoping for something in the 1100-1300cm2 range for winging, relatively high aspect but not as high as the w1000.

Starting at the 450, which is surfy with lots of lift, you gain speed, lose some vertical stability, and shed front foot pressure as you go to:
450-->425-->421/420
I was able to demo the 450/425/421
For playing on river swell, tacks and moves that benefit from a lower stall speed, I found the 425 to be the best combination of characteristics. If one is more inclined to straight line, or doing moves with more speed the 420/421 might be your stabilizer. There is a noticeable, but acceptable, loss of vertical stability going from 425-->420/21. Also, the 421 has very sharp little winglets, which I prefer not to use.
I am of the mind that Moses should bring back the 425.
Expect lower yaw stability, higher perceived foil/stall speed and less front foot pressure.
I don’t know how to communicate to Moses the need for larger, 300+ sq.cm yet thin and high aspect stabilizer. I tried, nobody listens.
I plan riding 425 and once I get RDB 310 will demo that. No hope for 400 on my end - it won’t beat the 425 as it’s lower area
