My 950 arrived yesterday hope for sessions today and tomorrow
First session 950 with 400 stab and 4m windwing.
One word excellent.
In summary all the upwind ability, low drag and smoothness of the W1000 with the agility of the 790 with way better glide.

Caught a sick session at Flagbeach today. Wind was light and I was out on the Takoon 6m Wing and the Moses 950 on the 85cm Project Cedrus Mast. It is amazing being able to get out alone in such nice waves. Enjoy
I'm looking for a 6m wing for light wind to compliment my 4.2m F-One Swing. What's your initial thoughts on this Takoon wing Gunnar?

It is fast and very powerful. I would consider it one of the best lightwind wings on the market at the moment. It does not pull directly downwind like most of the big wings do at the moment. So it really helps build speed for the foil to work well too. Basically it powers up like a kite, you sheet in and it pulls diagonally forward. The only thing I really don't like is the super thin one pump valves and tube. It is major PITA to deflate because of that.

Great!
For me the perfect front wing will be a scaled up 679, which I love for both kitesurfing and high wind winging.
can you please tell me what your weight is and also what board size, wing size and wind conditions you are able to use the 679 for winging?
I just have a Starboard hypernut 4in1 138l, 5m O Wasp and 15-30 gusty wind. Actually I only have used it once, but was magically fun. Way more agile than 873 tortuga. It takes far more power to get going though, but was nearly overpowered with a 5m in that conditions, but still manageable. The biggest problem was the massive board. I ended up disconnecting myself from the leash to not become sliced meat.

Update, today in marginal wind the 950 needed good board speed to get up on the foil possibly about the same as the 790 but a bit different. After that just fantastic as previous comments. Pumps way easier than 790.

Does 950 have same profile thickness as 790? Does it use same bolts to be mounted?

Way thinner profile compared to 790, more like the W1000 profile.
Same bolt holes.

Same bolt lengths or it came with a different set?
