Moses told me it fit the Onda fuselage and this is why i’m ordering one. I will sell my kite foil 647 with 590/550 and keep just the Onda fuselage with 633 and 720 wing. At first i will use my 483 stab but later on i will probably get a race stab or 450 i don’t know.

Moses quietly retired 2018 windfoil line of 838 fuselage, 683 and 639 wings. I can't imagine a good reason and how someone could justify making such incompatible setup but life is too short for proprietary solutions so 900 windfoil fuselage can mount any of surf wings.

Still bugs me thinking how much the molds and production of 639/683 cost and how these could have been just compatible with surf fuselage to start with (and give kitefoilers 639 to fly on a year and a half earlier)

And just as 633 turned from surf setup into amazing kite setup, the windfoil wings can follow same route too. I don't think there's any geometry restrictions or specifics for windfoil wings, the only difference I can spot is need of dedicated fuselage.

Probably huge success with 633 compensated enough all 683 and 639 wings market losses, nobody bought them as all wanted 633. Strange that moses product testers dont understand that 633 much better goes for kiting than surf :) even as kiting wings market much bigger than surf wings :)

the 683 wing V the 683s wing
they are not the same thickness or weights, I was sent the windsurf one by mistake, the 683, no s, and it is heavy, cant remember how much heavier than the 683s, but a lot! way thicker as well, and of course the holes are completely in the wrong place for the Onda fuse.
what a load of confusion for a few hours

I don't think it's only about product testers. I think them and designers just didn't know and were closing their eyes on success of bigger/thicker 548 and made only minor move from 548 to 590 (just as move from 550 to 548). They forgot about people complaining on 2015 high area, low aspect wing disappearance. In the same timeframe MHL also dropped to 110 osprey wing but realized the mistake and revamped to 130->150->170 sq.in sizes understanding demand for large kite wings.

I started topic "who are the foilers" and got replies i didn't expect - on European windsurfing market being still alive and active and somehow wakefoiling being the biggest foil market (my brain still refuses believe that claim)

I hope Moses made their buck selling windfoils but I also hope standardization of kite/surf/windfoil gear will lead to standard stabilizer mount shape (holes are, surface is not) and hopefully to standard kite/surf fuselage. Cabrinha apparently realized need for standard, market will drive other to do the same.
