Any differences between the years of the Dwarfcraft 3'6?

Looking to buy a Dwarfcraft to go with my Onda 633 and it looks like you can get some good discounts on getting a 2018 vs a 2019. Is there any differences between the years other than for 2019, they're offering the thin micro version as well? Thanks

Just the color

The micro has s mast track 2.5” forward though, so I’d stick with the regular DC for the 633

2019 3’6” Dwarfcraft announced in July has a kicker compared to last year which is convenient to have for strapless riding (and 2 year old, the first Dwarfcraft version, 2016 DC had it too)
Because of the kicker the tracks are moved more forward but 633 rides on any of them just fine.

Newest DCs feature deeper tracks so you need 30mm bolts, not 25mm used/supplied before. Or you can make 25mm work if you put a piece of foam under the nut, or lift it up from the bottom by using L-shaped Allen key.

Overall the 2019 3’6” Dwarfcraft is no improvement to 2016 I ride, besides resell value and maybe stronger tracks.

Micro is obviously thinner and reportedly lighter but only few lucky ones got theirs and I can’t wait to get one

I don’t think there was a 2018 Dwarfcraft. Last year model was referred to as 2017 and the year before as 2016. Kind of extra confusing for no reason.

The Micro doesn't appear to have 3-strap option.

It’s kind of awesome and I didn't notice the difference on pictures at first. But also if you look at profile pictures of 3’6” and 4’6” Dwarfcrafts, they clearly missing the kicker (while the kicker is present in pictures of upper deck)
Jumping on foils is a bit crazy and backrolls on foils don’t look as impressive as other foils tricks. No surprise pocketboards without any strap holes sell so well.

Micro is about 1/2" longer and 3/4" narrower than 3'6" Dwarfcraft and weigh only 2.5kg

Has anyone ridden the micro with surf foils? Gofoil or something to the likeness, does it work with the tracks pushed up?

I can see the Onda working decent but not sure on a true surfoil
