The instructions above say, do NOT approach it as a back-roll and not lean back as it only works on a long mast and fast foil wing.. I have an Onda and I move slow.
I can't seem to make the board turn without leaning back as in initiating the back-roll.
Do you use a "back foot" or a "front foot" to drive the board into a carve if you are not leaning back? Please somebody help with a writeup of the carve?
In the video he seem to be sitting down before the carve, but I can't seem do duplicate that move.

On a surfboard you have the Tack
