New foil and board buying advice?

Guys, as above. I’m in the UK and looking for a 1200sq2 hydrofoil like Greg uses at Mauiboardriders. He uses a 70cm mast.

I know this size foil might be draggy but not fussed about going really fast.

I saw at 850cm2 f one foil and board for £700.

What do you guys like about buying?

Also looking at Gong surf foils and possibly a Chinese surf foil like the Tacoma surf foil?

Or I go DIY surf foil but if a wooden and glass mast it might be too flexy.
