The new FKITE looks very easy to learn on. A few of my friends had last years model and they were foiling on no time.

Very good...with the elimintator board with track all the way to the rear I had two people up (good kite skills already) in first sessions on 24" mast. It is however, extremely heavy especially with the full length mast.

Hey, cwood. What's the eliminator board? The SS Simulator is a good beginner board, but I'm not familiar with the eliminator. SS has a lot of boards, so maybe I've just missed it.

Hoverglide is a good foil. Doesn’t have lowend of Fkite and is heavier but works well.
If you get a chance to buy it with H2 wing it would be even better setup

Super easy! Stable, great low and high end. Just heavy when you’re carrying it to the water. Once on foil, you don’t notice it. But the best part is how almost indestructible it is. I hit bottom and rocks so many times with scratches only. 2 days to learn for me. Good luck!

At least four of us five foilers in central Illinois learnt on it. With the 15" mast my buddy and I were getting 50 yard rides the first day, and only progressed from there. But as everyone notes, it is a handful to carry when you get to the long 36" mast. Three buddies have moved on to other foils now, one to carbon Moses foils (which I simply cannot ride), one to the larger wing as he is a big guy, another to the smaller front wing as he likes to ride fast, while I am still on the Hoverglide and struggling to learn to ride toeside but stable otherwise. So, without much experience on other foils, I'd say it is pretty good for learning.

Actually, for a "brain fart", you couldn't have picked a better name......the "Eliminator".
