the tracking number is generated when Groove book it onto Poste Italiane, the firm they used for my last skate 8 weeks back.

I've had no problems with dealing with Groove for my full carbon skate s. I even asked if they could delay for a week since I am out of the country before they shipped. Today I got a tracking number without asking and they shipped it out the day I wanted(also today). No complaints.

When you buy from bespoke makers or small shops, it ain't like ordering from amazon.
It's a prepurchase decision for me, do I want it enough to put up with any delays or bumps along the way.
If not, there are plenty of good products, even some great ones, that arrive from asia in containers and sit on shelves in shops and warehouses, waiting for instant delivery....
they are human, guys....

Got my Small full carbon with custom paint job today, boy it’s beautiful. 2.56kg(5.7lb) versus my DW at 3.15kg(7.1lbs). I had them add inserts for a single front strap. I’m hoping the paint job will help hide scratches and help keep board temps down as well. My OCD noticed a slight imperfection with the deck grub but no complaints. It was well protected for shipped and had no problems with the ordering/shipping.
After I ride it a little I’ll make a video comparing to my DC 42” and Nobile Zen Split.

I was quoted 40 days from order date, its been 30 now, so still in the time frame.
