Hi,
Maybe someone will benefit from this conversion.
I designed and tested the Moses Silente foil adapters for the Onda 683 and 483 wings.
The profile has been developed assuming that the assembly screws connecting the wings 683 and 483 with the original keel are perfectly vertical. To check the assumption itself, without waiting for a casting of resin, I printed with PETG 100% fill, mounted and .. works
I did not even have to move my foil nearer to the stern, and by default it is set to the right up to the front (I hold the rear foot in front of the strap)
It flies great, although some shuttlecocks were humming, so I will need to treat them with water paper.
Wing spacing went 70cm, originally ~ 75cm, but the front wing is mounted in Silente closer to the foil, so the rear, which is the "counterbalance", can also be closer.

683:
From the left (all conical screws)
1) 6x20mm, original 6 corner nut from Moses, ground to 12.5mm width
2) 6x16mm,
3) 6x35mm, passes through the wing and adapter so you should not lose your wing
4) 6x20mm,
5) 6x20mm, original nut 6 angled from Moses
6) 6x25mm
483:
From the stern
1) 6x14mm, 6-point cap, gr. 3mm
2) 6x25mm, passes through the wing and adapter
3) 6x20mm
Printing the adapter:
PETG, fill 100%, for me 230oC, table 80oC, 0.2mm
(PLA is stiffer but more fragile and not resistant to UV, ABS is too soft for me)
PETG treats as a transitional stage, I ultimately want to make resin castings, and if someone has access and the ability to make aluminum components, just envy: roll:
