Have had a few session where my wetsuit has dried after swim start. Always a bitch having to hop in and get fully wet just to exit.
One good thing about the heavy but durable Hoverglide is that I always ride right into the shallows and jump off in about one foot of water.

No idea if Adam Withington rides anymore. Is there a story there?
At both of our most used foil spots it's a deep water exit with a climb up a ladder kite in the air, then jump back in to get your foil. Gets you wet twice over!

Reminds me of a friend who was quite good a riding in a straight line but could not turn without wiping out
So what he did was start from beach with dry curly hair .....go all the way out near the horizon line then return 20 minutes later
He did fall in at the one end for sure but by the time he returned to the beach his hair was fully dry !!
So we would not see him with wet hair
Really happened
No dry joke
