Does anyone have experience with both of these foils? And which one is better, higher quality and which one is lighter?

Go for Cabrinha, LF Rocket is outdated (own one).

I dont ride an impulse, but several of the guys that i foil with regularly do. Ive tried them. Looking at their experiences and jugding differnence from what i ride, they are really good value and perfect beginner and very good progression to advanced free riding. I dont think you can go wrong with the Impulse set up.
