Hi:
I'm about to order the 108 split and I'm wondering if anyone out there has purchased from this vendor? They are asking for the money up front and the turn around is ~1 month. It's a little over $1300 shipped to the US so I'm just doing a little recon as I know I will never see this money again if it's a scam. Thanks.
Edited to add that I sent the money and look forward to receiving the board. Thanks.

Newind is an advertiser since many years now.
Never had an issue, always paid his bill upfront.
I also never heard any financial complaint on here and know people who ordered and ride Newind.
No problem if you ask me.

Honest but busy one-man show. His focus is on quality rather than speed...

Got it. There is no reason to be suspect and it's a great product. Thanks.

Lots of money for a tiny basic simplistic board + you might have to add import taxes for the US. You could easily go custom for that price. No local shapers?

Let us know how the splitboard works out for you
Can't say anything about Newind as a company but I have a T38Ltd and I love it.

Sell you mine. I have a 5'4" x 19 x 1.75 split surf. Really nice board. I have only used 3 times. no damage. has foil mount as well.
Only foil now, and have pocket boards. PM if interested. I can send photos
