683s mast/feet position is about the same as 633.grandeand wrote: ↑Tue Jun 11, 2019 3:35 pmhello, I also have 590 and 683s with a 101 mast.grigorib wrote: ↑Thu May 23, 2019 1:35 pmIn Jimmy Mazzanti’s words “683s is a refined 633”. I can carve and turn just as fine on 683s as on 633. The reports above are that people enjoy 633 more for slower waves but I can certainly go as slow on 683s.
I’d say it’s the largest wing you need for foiling with a kite unless you weigh 260 pounds
590 and 633 were my sweet couple since beginning of 2018 and I regret that it hasn’t been 590 and 683s instead.
I felt no significant difference between 710 and 749 (besides 710 being compact and lighter). I know some people like longer fuselage which increases resale value for 749
could I ask you what table you use?
do you move the mast?
what stance you have when you mount the 683s, measured from the column to the strap (from the rear screw of the front screw column of the strap to the bow). Thank you
I ride custom 36x16” Tim’s “woody” board and Dwarfcraft Micro.
I maintain same stance on the board and rather move the mast which is 1-1.5” forward with 590
With 633/683s my back foot is right over mast plate rear bolt. With 590 my big toe is over mast plate rear bolt.
The front foot knows its happy place, I have about 30” stance
