Hi

I have the first Voracemast that has a slight bend to it.
Can someone tell me if there is any differences to the straight one selling today?

it places the wings around 2-3 cm further back, slightly more suited for using on a pre 2019 4 hole board like the Moses T series boards with fixed bolt holes, ie 633 on a T40 or T60 from before 2019.
another big plus is they should be cheaper.
and they are slightly longer 93cm V 91
some say they are slightly softer than a 101, maybe due to less material lay ups than the new 101cm (I have been told)
but about the same stiffness as the 91cm (just the comments made from the guys who have both masts who I sail with)

I have the same 2016 mast. It's a superbe mast and hard to justify changing for the newer straight one. Plus they look really nice. Yes the only difference might be with the wing being slightly further back, when using in conjunction with newer boards without tracks and using footstraps. I guess if you can demo the board in question with your mast and it works fine for you - no problems, otherwise choose a board with a track to marry it with. Are they less stiff? I doubt anyone but an high level racer would be able to tell even if there is a marginal difference.
