Peak for foiling

I'm 0 for 1 but the wind went to 2-3kts and I was the last one with a kite in the air . I have had 3 sessions on the 5m and it's amazing , I use a 55cm bar with 27m lines and I can ride it down to 10 kts on a 110 lift and im 140 lbs . I don't think it has the high end that I was looking for so now I need the 4m or the 3m

What is the 5m high-end at your weight/setup?

I bought it for winds from 14 to 20 and I've had it out in 16/18 and I have to depower it a lot and they flutter a bit when they are sheeted way out so Im having a hard time on what to buy the 3m or 4m .

About to head out for my first session with my new 5m peak 4. Side on 13 to 15 mph winds. Should be perfect day to try it out.

I weigh 190lbs and I was riding a slingshot 76 inf foil. The peak just disappears whenever you need it to. I could really just forget where the kite was and ride the swell. Wind started around 12 to 15 and pick up to 15 to 20. Feel like I could have ridden the 3m p4 today. I had been riding 10 and 6m slingshot SST waves but it feels like the peak 5m will replace both kites which is weird. Sweet spot for power and no flutter on the bar is small like others have said but you get used to it pretty quickly. Kite just gets out of your way and you get to enjoy the waves and foil. Felt like it went upwind as well or better than the SST as well. Coolest feeling was the security of knowing the kite was never going to just slack line and fall like my SST would if I didn't pay attention.really opens up the posibilities when you can for the kite and ride at any angle you want downwind.

Never dropped the kite, would have had to try really hard to do so

General note about 3 vs 4m

Get both - they are cheap, they are small - and there are no redundant sizes in peak line like with other kites - steps are just perfect between them.
Peaks have very big absolute range but optimal trim range is quite small - rig big and even depowered peak fluttering will pull you downwind /there big is difference to be kiteless and have 10kg downwind pull on HF/

On 20knts Peak 4 is just too big. And smaller Peaks are everything Peaks are just MORE

My experience about turning speed power to power vs wave Leis they turn faster. Trust me you dont want them turn any faster. /Still im talking about 5,4,3 - bigger sizes are for some reason disproportionaly different - for the worse

And also do yourself a favor and DIY light carbon bar for them - the lighter kite is the more you will appreciate light bar.
