Just seen the bullet post and it appears that the new Carver wing will not fit the blue and white which is a really disappointing. Time to think about changing brand 👎

Carbon is the cocaine of kitefoiling. Just say no, G10 is your friend.

That said, ride everything. There is no best kite, board nor wing only conditions and you on the day. The success of the P-Wing led to the current trend is towards big wings for learners that could support an elephant at 4kts but its like driving a monorail when you want to be on a dirt bike.

I too went from the Blue & White Freeride wing to the Carver, at first it felt slow as you're much more on top of the wing than cambered against it but after a while it clicked and now I love it. Switching to a seat harness also helped greatly with toe side and I'm looking at stiffer more narrow boards as they feel more responsive and touch the water less.

In my opinion my personal fitness is the one thing that would make the greatest difference in my riding, when there is no wind for a few weeks my fitness drops and I have to pretend to start running again.

The Blue&White is the first Alloy one with the Alloy wings. The Black&White was the G10 version of that.
The next White&Blue had the anhedral wing.

If the standard Carver fits on all of those alloy foils and the bigger Carver 950 only on some of them, I wonder if it's not only due to the plate to mast connection which might not be beefy enough to deal with the extra strain generated by the larger wing. Maybe that wing would require an upgrade of the plate (worth it in any case, as the extra stiffness is always welcome). You should just ask Nicolas about it.

Here Gunnar compares the green and white (which IS compatible with the new Carver wing) with the blue and white (which isnt)...according to him the two are identical except for having different sized fins, a plate that has cutouts instead of holes, and front wing bolt holes that go all the way through on one but not the other. Perhaps it's the colour that makes it incompatible?
I've emailed Nicolas to find out

I believe there is a white and blue (old model) and then later a blue and white that came out before the green and white. These are identical apart from the minor differences you mentioned.

Zeeko have got back to me and sadly the new bigger Carver is not for the blue and white (white and blue?).
This is what they had to say:

Indeed the new Carver Wave Wing 950 will not be compatible with White Blue / Black fuselage because they were designe, developped and produced more than 5 years ago and at this time nobody it was not such big frontwings trends. Customers asked for easy, cheap and perfomance for the first alloy hydrofoils on the market. So we developped it so as to be as light as possible. That's why the fuselage is too thin to bear this big frontwing. The mecanical forces could bend the fuselage. This is as you wish but at your own risks ;-)  A bended alloy fuselage cannot be bended back.

I have Carver wing for my black&white (also fits Green&White). I haven't used it in a while, you can have it cheap if you want. I like standard Zeeko front wing more as I don't do surfing, most of my rides are in flattish waters. I recently bought Moses hydrofoil and absolutely love it.
