I think I would go with...

6+8 pivots and a 11m boxer.

I am amazed how many who seems to choose to miss out on the light wind days below 10 knots, in favor of smaller kites - if only the option to choose 3 kites.

Especially because we have a lot more wind here than most on kiteforum I believe...

Personally I would never omit the option to ride in really light wind, as we get many summerdays with extremely good weather, and light wind.

Whereas when it is blowing, you can always choose to ride TT or Waveboard instead, at least how I think.

Now luckily I have kites from 3.5 LEI to 15 m2 foilkites, so I can foil whenever I want, luxury.

15m ultralight foil kite
8&11m high aspect inflatable (Velocity, AV8, XR6, Edge)
7-9m Surf or otherwise "fun" kite

I'd also add a cruisy surf foil as well as my racing foil. That would cover all conditions/wind/wave types for my spot.

Well, after 15 years of kiting it is hard to get exciting about one particular model. They all ride the same to me, or, at least, good windy conditions make much more of the difference than a particular kite brand/model. Therefore, I would just go for the lowest fire sale I could see on the web.
I'm with you. If I had to buy a new quiver my fantasy would be:

3m
5m
7m
9m

2007/8 Best Waroo and I would purchase them each for $50 doesn't matter if they hold air. I would be so stoked to get a full quiver for hydrofoil/surf for $200. It's possible as well. And sure, if anyone has some they'd like to get rid of, pm me.
I have an advert for 7, 9, and 12m Best Waroos for that price in Cape Town on Gumtree, but I doubt you are in Cape Town! -
