looking for a new Lightwind tubekite Help!

I'm looking for a new tube kite for hydrofoiling in marginal wind.

I've been looking at Naish Boxer because I'm using Naish for twintip.

But since this kite is not sold in my home country, I can't try it before buying.

I am looking for experiences with the boxer, I'm not sure if I should choose the 14kvm or 16kvm.

I am also interested in experiences with other brands that can go so low in the wind as possible, but also sail well.

I would recommend a one strut kite from any of the large brands.
I have personally tested both the Duotone Mono and the Ozone Alpha extensively in various sizes. Great handling, easy restart when dropped even in relatively light winds.
With the 11m Mono and a 633 Onda, I am able to foil in about 6 knots, same with the 12m Alpha (I am 85-90kg). They are very similar kites.

For size, I would not recommend anything bigger than 12m if you are using it mainly for foiling, even for the lowend. You will not need the surface area, the higher speed of the smaller kite compensates for it once you have the skills, you will see (There is a number of threads about the topic of kite size and Hydrofoiling). I sold all my kites bigger than 12m (and my homespot is a lightwind spot with mostly 5-11kn).

I've just tried foil kite, and the wind dropped, and the kite got tanglet in seaweed, that's why I'm on tube kite., but yes the feeling and the lift was great..

Which LEI kite do you ride under 10 knots?

I love my 12m boxer, i'm so glad I did not get the 14M. I weight 190lbs and can ride on my shinnster or big TT around 12mph. The kite is fast for a 12m and stays in the air with very little wind. The relaunch is exceptional. I can't see needing anything bigger than a 12M with a foil.

I'm not sure the 12m have the power to pull me op on the foil in 2,5 - 3 m/s?

2.5m/sec (or 5kn): probably not, about 6kn (or 3m/sec) is widely seen as the low end minimum for LEI. But the additional surface of a bigger kite (larger than 12m) will not make a relevant difference. In those windspeeds, the issue is to keep the kite in the air, which is more difficult with a bigger (=heavier) kite. The weight balances out the additional surface. For each knot more low end, you need about 3m of surface (rule of thumb, see other threads).
If you look to foil in 5 kn or less, you need a foilkite and good skills.
