I use it now and then.
Great to lock the kite so not fully on its frontlines every time you let go of the bar, as it drifts better this way.
So you can have fun riding waves no hands on the bar for as long as you can, if you get the kite "parked" correctly for starters.
Not that long for me ha haa, but still fun, and you can reach the bar faster and dont change behaviour so just a slight pull or push to correct can be done.
This would NOT be possible if bar was all out on the depower, here you can get in a risky situation when grabbing the bar again.
Also fun sometimes in flat water or chop, to see how long you can foil no hands on the bar, and here some slight power is needed as opposed to in waves, so apart from having the kite hang much better, you get some power too
