There’s a lot of seaweed and sea grass at that spot, not sure wave kitefoiling would be that great there.....

If it turns out too weedy, then I'll use a regular surfboard, but I'd like the option.

i prefer a 790 (or a ketos xl carver) on waves (or anywhere else)
790 handles much better in my hands(compared to 633)...doesnt get jumpy when carving tight with speed. 790 feels similar to surfboard riding.. you cutback/carve by leaning and utilizing heavy back leg. big difference is you had that 3rd dimensions (gotta keep wings in liquid)


no issues with the rapid fire 5 foot swell of cabarete... we'll see how it does with the spaced out mack trucks of the pacific this winter.
i havent seen a real macker on a 790 yet...but on a 633 i'd keep my distance.
