I have those wings but haven't ridden them all yet.

This weekend I rode the 633/683. To be honest I couldn't feel any difference underfoot. Both w/450 stabilizer.
Haven't riddent 590 yet or 790 or 873, all on the way.

I did ride with the 325 stabilizer on both the 633/683. Not sure yet if I like it or not. I had to slide my mast forward 6cm. After I got that dialed the stall speed was higher which I didn't like. I couldn't weight the front foot which I liked to do with the 483/450 stabilizer. I'll be trying the 330 stab this week to see if it falls between the 325 and 450 stabilizer.

Haven't considered the 720.

However, I will say if I had to do it all over again I would have simply stuck with the 633/450 and made it work in all conditions. But, I ride very slowly compared to everyone else zipping around, and the 633 is a dream for that.

I have been riding the 683 with the 325 stab . . . and as my board has static fittings, I have shimmed the stab to get the desired trim. I like it as it is more carvey and also seems better going fast in that there is no build up of front foot pressure at speed. Stall speed does not feel much higher to me. The way I have it now, it does ride with less front foot pressure than with the 483 stab which I was not sure if I like at the start but I have not found it a concern, just different.

I do not think I have it perfect yet but wind has stopped so not able to test more changes.

Whoever does the marketing for Moses is a genius. So many wings with so many names and so many choices that no one knows what to ride and they are all similar yet different so you have to have at least 3 wings and 3 stabs and a couple of fuses and maybe a few length masts because when you get to the beach you don’t know if the waves are 2 inches or 3 inches high. My suggestion is just buy them all. Retail therapy. Just kidding, but it does crack me up to see threads pages long comparing 2 wings that are in essence almost identical. I’m as guilty as the next guy wrt this but there are guys at my beach who rock up with the same foil they had for 3 years and just ride the heck out of it without overthinking. 😉

I really didnt like the Zeeko spitfire on regular runs and found it unweildy in high winds..... but it did handle steep fast drops extremely well with the small wing up front...absolutely NO push up whatsoever in a drop....would be nice to have a canard version of the Moses....

Please compare the 790 to 633. I really like the 633 but wonder if the 790 would allow eralier foiling and how it is for turning. Mostly it’s about waveriding I am thinking about. Thanks very much, and sorry if this is already been discussed.

633V683s
the differences become more apparent the stronger the wind, nothing to much different in marginal winds and flat water, but over 20mph and the difference is huge, yesterday my kite size went down every hour, from 9mtr chrono v3 to 7mtr chrono and then to 6mtr lei Reo.
waves got big and messy,
4 Ttip riders left the water and waited until hi tide passed by for the waves to die down.
I was mostly on the 683s and it felt like a ride on the "Mad Mouse" at the fairground, frantic and fast feeling fun, so loose at high speed, direction changes were so fast executed with very light foot pressure,
tremendos wipeouts that knocked me silly, mainly due to the speed I was going and the size of the waves.
after dropping down to the 6mtr lei I had had enough of sailing on the edge of control, and came in to change to the 633.
what a relief, everything calmed down, carving around in complete control and slashing around in the waves(whilst the Ttip guys watched) was fantastic, heart rate slowed down and i realized just how different the wings are in the more challenging conditions.both superb, both will ring your bell!
by the way after checking my GPS, the shock was the 683 was not that much faster than the 633, but somehow it felt so much faster, weird thing that's hard to understand??

My 790 is in the post, bought exclusively for use with my 15mtr chrono v3 ULight, and behind the boat on the dam, where the plan is to see how far we can pump
around the dam after getting up, should be fun on our short masts in the lagoon with the big kites.

590.
not that fast, not great fun in marginal winds, too unstable for my liking,
even my wife pauline said on the last day I used mine, you looked like you were not enjoying that session, I bet you sell it.
she is always right!
I did.

550/548/588 and my super fast 647 race wings, all history, even though the 647 race was superb it was just too focused and not great fun, reminded me of a jet ski experience,
great fun,
for half an hour.

My 790 came in this morning. 873 should be in by this afternoon.

After a day of bad testing experience I rode my 683/450 yesterday which I've found to be "tried and true" for comfort and predictability. Fixing a small ding on my 633 from Sunday where the bolts sheered during a super hard carve. Wing floated but stabilizer t-boned it. Small nick was all.

I've heard the 325 is super nice on the 633 and 683 but I've only ridden it once and the verdict is still not out for me.

Anxious to try both the 790 and 873. Probably try with the 450 first then the 483 stabs.

Got a new 330 in today as well. May try that next time rather than the 325. Might have slightly better low end than the 325.

Also got the 420 stab in today which I hope to try with the 637, but that is probably a few weeks out. Still enjoying riding at a crawling speed.

No idea when I'll slap on both the 590 or 548. Those seem like a month out.

Big one next though is that 790. Hope to have some info on that by tomorrow or thursday.

I don't know exactly how it happened, so this is a guess.

On Sunday I went out for a third session which is pretty rare. Normally I put my foil together right before I ride. This time however it was the third ride. One thing I've noticed several times when I come in and take the foil apart is that some of the screws aren't super tight like when I tightened them before going out. So, I'm guessing that 1 or even 2 of the screws came loose on the front wing. When the wing popped with a super loud noise and I crashed I saw the wing about 10' from me. When I swam to it I noticed 1 sheered bolt in the wing and the other 2 screws missing. So all I can gather is that 2 screws came loose and only one was holding onto the wing and when I loaded it up it let go.
