That mystic bag looks great but it is oversize although you might be able to scoot it through as regular size.
Maximum dimensions: 62 inches or 157 centimeters (length + width + height) Maximum weight: 50 pounds or 23 kilograms.
However the good news is that a lot of airlines will waive the oversize fee for sports equipment. So I’m not sure I really see the need for a small bag.

For example American Airlines.
Kiteboard / kitesurf
1 bag or case can contain multiple boards and will count as 1 checked item. Keels, kedges, and/or fins must be removed or properly protected to prevent damage to other bags.

Standard checked bag fees of your destination apply up to 50lbs/23kgs and 126in/320cm (length + width + height) or a $150 fee applies from 51lbs/23kgs to 70lbs/32kgs.
But a light padded durable bag, that seems more important to me.
