Light wind joy using the best Moses 3 lightwind wing sets

Postby Foil » Sun Sep 08, 2019 5:21 am

Yesterdays session,
A glorious late summer mega light wind session on the 683. 633 and the incredible 790 wings,
The 790 wing, just like red bull gives you wings, look at the conditions, hard to believe this is just outside Liverpool city centre, you can see the city in the background,
could be some far away holiday location, although the gloves being used is a clue that temperatures are falling, loving Steve's very long and slow extended backroll. :D

I was hoping that the title of this thread would be "Light wind joy using the best Moses 4 lightwind wing sets"

633, 683S, 790, and 720 -Looking forward to hear more reports about this wing.

But great video nonetheless!!! Can't wait to get my 13m Chrono now :)

There is a lot of good feedback on both the Ozone Chrono and the Flysurfer Soul. But I got a good price on the Chrono (still not cheap!), and I liked that the Chrono is available in Ultralight fabric (even lighter fabric than the Soul) as I'm only going to be using it in the very lightest of breezes.

Edit: Thinking about this question again, I think "brand perception" also played a part in my decision. I know that Flysurfer have the longest experience with making closed cell water relaunchable foil kites, but somehow think I identify with the Ozone brand more than the Flysurfer brand... perhaps it's because they're a British brand and they have a longer established brand making LEI kites and paragliders?

Yes, I'll let you know what I think :thumb:
