Best *foil* desinations on the Iberian penninsula?

I'm probably going to Spain next September, and am thinking of going earlier than I need to do so some kitefoiling while I'm there. The time frame will be August/September. I've been to Tarifa before, and while it's a good kite spot, it's not a fantastic foil spot, really. I also kited in Alicante last time I was in Spain, and found that to be a pretty cool foiling location.
Where else is good in Spain for foiling? Or Portugal? Light wind is fine, as long as it's over 10 knots most days in late summer. I'll bring my wife and kids so family-friendly beaches are better. Deep water with no seaweed and big open areas to explore are fun, too. I like to be able to cover some distance.
Also, if I can't find anywhere I really want to go in Spain/Portugal, I might just go back to Sardegna, so that's my other option, but I'd like to see what thoughts you guys have!
