That's a really sweet foiling wave and some nice riding
That is not wave riding...OMG......thats just hydrofoiling straight down the line......make some turns......and why such a small board....no advantages at all ....except getting it on the airplane

I agree actually - a sweet wave indeed, beautiful - but no full turns, which (for me) is what it is all about.
Think it would be better if wind was side-onshore instead, so you could make roundhouse cutbacks almost both ways on the wave
Looks like a great set up for some nice slow cruising. Must be great fun but that is far from "state of the art wave kite foiling". Need some turns. Turns on waves are easier front side for most people.
