So you buy second hand,

You hit it into a solid object

Smash the mast to bits

Now you are upset that they haven't fixed it for you?

To snap the carbon like that it’s a huge rotational for e not a nose on impact, IF it was a front impact the front wing would be smashed.

Most likely you rode into the shallows the wing top touched down and then all your weight went through one wingtip twisting the fuselage and snapping the mast connection

If the ground was soft/sandy then there won’t be a mark in the wing

Go buy a Mercedes on eBay crash it and take it back to Mercedes and see if they will give you a new car or repair yours for free...

The best explanation! Thumps up .
I was probably drove or tried water start in shallow water and hit the sand . That would twist the mast and not damaged the wing.
I was aking members for help by any chance or suggestions to repair it , cause I don't expect Levitaz will neither fix or replace it. Even though their products is expensive, but not bombproof as advertised. I learned a lesson.

a repair is possible, but will make the hydrofoil a little less performent.
if the fuselage tunnel doesn't move, all in good geometry, (fuselage in place, with front wing and stab)
- fill up the crack with epoxy and proper filler( graphate, or small chopped carbon fiber)
- add some layers of carbon fiber fabric (1.5 to 2mm thick on both side), starting between 3 to 4 inch upper the fuselage tunnel, full mast width,
in a progressive layout manner, change orientation if using 0/90, place next layer in a +45/-45 manner and soo on (0/90 ,+45/-45, 0/90, +45/-45, .... )
if not the good geometry. hmm a bit more work . a bit more thick.
you can still enjoy it with a good repair

You need to realign the broken parts and thinout the carbon around the cracks and the fuselage joined. Afterwards you need to build up the carbon layers.

Her is a video which shows how to repair carbon stuctures, unfortunately in german:

In your case you would need to sand quite some material of the strut (2-3 mm) and rebuild with some layers like 5-6 depending on your fabric weight.

In best case you can use a vacuum do avoid access resign been attached to your strut.

You can laugh and cry at the same time. One way to deal with life's small disappointments.
