Dude's riding is super inspirational and has loads of implications for kite foiling in waves.

He's not so stoked with the pump wing compared to the surf wing.

Definitely not true. The issue is the turn becomes a skid and if the foil if shallow, you can disturb the flow and "breach".

If you meant roll, then I still think it's technique and gear. And you definition of what a tight turn is :D

Im i surprised that nobody mention that it looks like radical foil maneuvers are somewhat linked to straps. And I hate so say it...

Austin Kalama, this Brennan dude etc. I never saw this kind of riding strapless - unfortunately

Agreed, I’m sure there are load of good wave foil kiters in straps incubating as we speak. With the lift of the kite I’m keener on keeping it strapless, but that’s just personal taste. Grabs look so sick to me.
