I don't see your foot caught in the strap. The torque seems to be from the suddenness of the board going one way & you going the other. I've had a similar thing happen to me. It's especially a problem when learning to gybe where you have to commit to staying on the board.The leverage created by the power of the foil under water can be a bitch. :-?
