Zeek Spit Track Setting

I purchased a second spitfire recently...getting tired of the big wings popping up when dropping in on swells at high speed....and not real swells...more like just small dinky drops...
I felt I dismissed the first spitfire so I got another to counter this dumb popping...
Difficult going from a moses to a spit....anyhow thats not important... my question is, where do you put the spit? Im leaning toward having it all the way to the front...and do most prefer to use the XL? Im trying to push into the original wings at the moment....if I dont kill myself falling all over the place...
