Gong foil howling

I have M size classic surf wing and it's a great product and CHEAP 
The only thing what I would fix if possible, is howling. It doesn't howl all the time but it would be better if it is somehow tunable to silent. I heard from others their gongs howl too, but any tips how to silence it?
