I hope guys can stay on track and not have to drag the carbon line into 2021. And if they decide to do that, Slingshot should make a sleek fuselage for their Hoverglide line (matching current wings/mast/stabilizer) but 3 times lighter and without silly tail shim.
Also they can release several of wings matching “their” 749 surf or rather 647 kite fuselage. I’m talking 800-900 sq.cm wings with swept back LE, to make everyone with Moses/Slingshot carbon set buy it, just like everyone was buying Moses 590 wings all 2018 long for Ghost Whispers.
They also should make universal stabilizer, thin as 330 and about 300 sq.cm area with wingtips pointed up.
These two things will get everyone upgrading and Slingshot will start selling carbon again

Updates?
Is the Phantasm release on hold because of production in the China factories or is it a shipping thing?
I know with Covid things are on hold but has this project even begun or should I look for another brand to purchase. I really like the quality and modularity of Slingshots foils and would like to stick with them.

For sure not on hold, but delayed. Everyone is having delays of sorts.
They are working on finalizing the line up, but it's close.
Hang in there. I cannot though give a legit timeline quite yet.
I'd hate to put a date out there and miss it.
Excited to try the product though. I think it will be worth the wait.

I hope Slingshot doesn’t choose the surf fuselage as their uniform wing/mast/stabilizer spacing and attachment model. A wing too far forward is a questionable benefit and a good bad lever to pull inserts out of mast like old nails.
