I use my XXLW with the 90cm windfoil mast for kitefoiling and Windfoiling. I did try Sup and prone but worked out real quick that first I need to learn how to Sup and prone surf.
Also wakefoiling.
The mast position for Windfoil seems to be between standard wind foils and Sup foils so probably restricts board selections.
As for pumping yes it needs that back foot push to lift then dive to speed up and drive forward. I haven’t tried pumping on conventional foils but feel this is a bit different to the stomp hard and squeeze forward look.
