I use the same board that Nick is using (SurfMachine 5’1” x 26” x 4.75”, 90l, 12#, Full Inegra construction). Unlike Nick, I’m a spazzy, slow learning 62 yr old with bad knees at 169#. This is an awesome second wing board if you want to start conservative, or you’re big. Great first board if you’re light and a fast learner. Dwight at Surfmachines also has a great size range of these boards. Great pricing as well.

In these beach closure times I love winging from the boat. So much easier to deal with than kiting from the boat (I’m in the kitefoiling-and-wingfoiling-are-both-awesome-camp)
