I've spent a year + on the 633 & 590(strapped). ~180#
633 feels like a progression & easy-going strapless wave type setup w/ under-powered kite.
590 is capable of fairly slow speed after you learn the cut-off speed, way better for jumping. Also feels more agile/responsive. I am happiest riding it powered up.

My experiences:
Been on 633 exclusively for 2 years. 90kg and 4 years foiling.
Loved the 550 for 5 sessions, then tried 590. Loved that for 5, then came 633. I never went back.
Now I’m trying 590 again, for curiosity and struggling.
Temperatures are cold so new is not easy. I think the 633 corrupted my water start skills. When on 590 I experience so much pitch control wobble that I abort and go back to 633.
When temp warms I want to resume this because I recall really enjoying the ride on the 590.
This is with 325 stab (on both) and with mid and super small pocket boards as well as 91 and 82cm masts.
Of note, the 82 is my future as it is much stiffer in torsional axis. Also, it has less rake so changes where center of lift is.

You should consider the 695, best of both worlds between the 633 and 590

I tried the 633 several times with both 483 and 450.
Many say that you get to 25 knots, but sincerely maybe as tip speed there can stand, but hold a long edge at 25 knots I see it really hard!
Also to get to those speeds, it takes a matte surface eliminating the polish and everything well cleaned with alcohol or similar!
I have the 683 and with the 483 with mast from 101 I got to 25 top knots.
No more because I have a stance too short (for me that I am 186cm) and I should still back the butt but I have no more holes on the board.
On the other hand, with the 590 I have a significantly higher average speed, the best angles of both bolina and slack, but the position of the column and straps are perfect for the 590!
In my opinion the 633 accelerates less than the 683 when it is pushed by the waves (in my case small) or when in the toeside position you stay on the tyraverse.
The 683 accelerates a lot and if you have to surf you have to slow it down a bit by raising the kite, instead the pace of the 633 is slower!

why don't you put photos of your setup between mast attack and straps? this is mine!
where there's scotch on deck, are the sliding hull scaries!

695 is awesome. Slightly higher lowend than 683s/679, can go fast, mounts onto kite fuselage.
The only issue is lack of arrowhead shape to shed seaweed.
I guess that’s the only reason I’m keeping 683s/679

What matters is where your front wing is in relation to straps. CoL (ca. 30% point of front wing chord) should be near in the middle of your straps. Mast location on board is just a consequence of that.
I've used a piece of tape on top of the board to mark CoL, then it is easy to align feet on both sides symmetrically (strapless). When water starting, especially in the beginning, it is good to have feet on correct places from the start.

I have 633 set and 645 set, still looking for middle wing in between (i know 695 will be best for it) and found really cheap used 550 wing. Can someone tell me if 550 will give this middle wing feeling, or simply 633 and 645 in general covering all aspects which has 550. Still i understand 550 will have better lowend and stall than 645? Or in general 633 has all aspects of 550 plus better lowend? I ride in sea waves and lake. Any way its super old 2016 year wing, but this wing still in Moses this year webshop, seems as super legendary wing, no replacible for 4 years?
