Foil maintainance questions?

Hey guys,

I have a Gong medium surf foil with aluminium mast.

1. Should I wash all sea water off after a session or just let it dry and towel off?

2. Tef Gel: should I get that or can you use cheaper bike grease with Teflon? What is the difference?

3. I take mine apart after every session. If I use Tefgel, will I be able to keep it assembled for a long time or just good practice to disassemble after each session regardless?

4. Can I practice dock starts with a Gong medium wing (I’m 83kg) or would I be wasting my time and just need a bigger xxl pro wing for example?
